€2000 is all that is required to make a reservation. A 25% Deposit is usually all that is required for the mortgage depending on individual circumstances.
Mortgages are now widely available in Bulgaria with more and more banks offering new loan facilities all the time. Details of the best available loans will be provided on request by one of our consultants.
You should also allow for your legal costs and local taxes in buying the property. It is always best to get independent advice on this, although, legal fees are lower in Bulgaria than many countries.
