The development is managed by a UK developer via a wholely owned Bulgarian company. The developer also has projects in the UK managed via a UK registered company trading in London since 1988.

Our partner design company has won an award for a construction project 30km up the coast. Our construction company has an excellent reputation and a range of projects that include prestige office blocks and large shopping malls. The new trade centre in Varna is one of their projects and includes eight floors of offices, a double height glass atrium and underground sports centre.

The construction work has been inspected at critical stages by both Bulgarian and UK construction experts to ensure that the build quality, fittings and service standards are of the highest standard.
